The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT)

William Barnet and Son, LLC became a member of The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) in June 2005. C-TPAT is a joint effort between the United States government and businesses who are directly involved in importing goods into the United States.

Oeko Tex® Standard 100 – now available for yarns supplied by Barnet Europe

Our yarns are used increasingly more in applications which are subject to Oeko Tex® certification. In order to follow this trend and to simplify the certification for our customers, we have decided to issue a certificate for our high tenacity and textile yarns.

Barnet Celebrates the Grand Opening of its Specialty Fibers Plant in China

On April 16, Barnet celebrated the Grand Opening of Barnet Fibers Shanghai. Attending were representatives from Barnet Europe, Barnet USA, Barnet Asia and "special guests"!  Barnet Fibers will produce specialty fibers to serve customers in the Asia market.

SCMA Safety Awards
